I am a photographer based in Norfolk, UK.  I love 'conceptual' photography, either through in camera techniques such as ICM, multiple exposure and slow shutter speeds or after capture, during post processing.  I love to go beyond documentation to construct a vision of my own using digital tools, so creating an image, rather than just capturing one.  While some of the images may look like documentary images, they may well have been created by compositing and thus the 'conceptual' element may not be obvious. I like to use the camera as a tool to capture elements of a final image rather than expecting to simply 'take' a final image - mother nature is rarely that accommodating!!!  The results are variable and frequently not to everyone's taste but I keep the images that I like.  I'm sure these days you could achieve similar or better using AI, but that would be no fun.  I will also take documentary images of holidays, wildlife and anything that inspires me and a small selection of these are available under the Locations tab above.
