Derivatives
This is a very diverse group of photographs which encompases any images which have been significantly changed after having pressed the shutter. While sometimes the changes are very obvious, other images may appear completely ‘straight’ at first sight. I love playing with Photoshop filters and blend modes and make no apologies for doing so. I also love compositing, grunge art, HDR, blur, infra red and any other technique which inspires me to have a go. While often hated by the purists these type of images are hugely important to photography and hats off to all of those who are willing to experiment - we have many failures along the way, but a few successes too !!
